Hi there, Dr. Jin is very responsive—he got back to me about my job in just 10 minutes after I posted the request. His quote is also very reasonable and split into two clear stages: for my case, he broke down the pricing separately—one for a non-load-bearing wall, and another for a load-bearing wall (which includes structural design). During his site visit, he was highly professional and experienced. He answered all my structural questions thoroughly, and even provided extra useful information to support my future project. All done in the same day. I highly recommend Dr. Jin!
