  Complete kitchen refurbishment

  I hired Dan and his team to undertake a complete kitchen refurbishment. This involved removal of the old kitchen, tile and wood clad walls, replastering of walls, fitting of laminate flooring and installation of a new kitchen. Excellent work carried out throughout, all to a set timetable which was delivered on time. Despite Wren getting me down with a late delivery, Dan was flexible and helpful throughout even assisting with my complaint to Wren. I chose Dan because he is multi skilled and adaptable. His work is meticulous and was a pleasure to have had him do the work. Strongly recommended.

  Building works to kitchen

  Dan was quick to respond to request to look at our kitchen. The room was in a very poor condition due to age. Dan was careful to identify and set out the works we needed giving a price for each piece of work and was clear from the outset where additional works would cause additional costs. All the work was done to the price in the quote. There was one extra piece of work identified once the boards came down where a wall was very damp. A solution was identified, explained and sorted quickly. All trades worked well, were clean and thorough and works finished on time. Very happy would recommend.

  Partition Walls

  This is the second time we have used Chartwell Building Solutions . We are very pleased with the work Dan has done the wardrobes and partitions are just what we asked for, would definitely use Dan and the guys again
