Still no quote received despite chasing
Was visited by Daniel on a Friday,he said quote would be done and emailed early the next week. Waited a week and then chased and received no response. Still waiting for quote after nearly 3 weeks !!!!
New patio
Chartwell Business Solutions did a beautiful job replacing and expanding the existing patio to allow lots of space for garden furniture. The previous badly laid patio was completely dug out and replaced with a solid base layer, and the new slabs expertly laid to ensure they will be long lasting. The overall effect is fantastic! Thank you so much Dan and team.
Tear out and modernize bathroom
Amazing work from start to finish, Dan and his team did a stellar job ripping out our old and out of date bathroom and replacing it all with a new and modern bathroom suite. Kept us informed throughout the whole process, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that everything was proceeding to plan. We're very happy with the final result and 100% recommend Chartwell Building Solutions
Garage conversion including removal of garage door, new brick wall built with window.
Excellent work from start to finish. Work was estimated with final price not too far off estimate after we requested some changes during the work. Transparent costs and let us know throughout the work how it was progressing. Also saved us money on items where possible. Work was well planned and multiple trades turned up throughout what was a weeks work. Tradesmen friendly and approachable. Plumber even changed ball valves in our loft tank even though has nothing to do with the job. Very happy with the outcome and highly recommend.
Built backdoor frame and installed new back door
Dan came to my rescue after my glass and wooden back door which was rotting and falling apart needed to be replaced. Dan installed my kitchen previously so he was the first person I called for help! Dan came round promptly and built the door frame and replaced the door - another fantastic job and someone who you can rely on to help you when needed. Great service and highly recommend.
