  Patio Doors Installation

  Excellent service from start to finish

  First things first, they're not the least expensive local supplier/installer however the windows/doors they install are premium quality and a quantum leap from those they replaced. It's not just the quality of the product though, installation was on the day agreed and the team didn't stop working once they'd arrived. The quality of the installation was absolutely first class and they left our home spotless. Very professional after service as well. So not the cheapest but certainly value for money, highly recommended.

  Excellent from start to finish

  I have had quite a few jobs completed by Chartwell solution, last 2 are a bay window and 3 x 2 metre lantern snd have had the best experience from this company. From call, to visit to measure, to quote, to remeasure and check and finally install has been excellent, professional from start to finish delivering a fabulous product.

  We had two doors installed; the front door and the back door.

  Their sales representative was very professional and friendly. He took rough measurements. We received a written quote within two days. About a week after accepting their quote, their fitter visited and took detailed measurements. He was professional, courteous and friendly. We were contacted a few weeks later and we agreed an installation date. On the day, the fitter and his assistant arrived on time and got straight on with the job, which was to remove (and dispose of) the old doors and fit the new ones. Despite the weather being very rainy, they took care to leave the place tidy and clean. They put down cardboard on the interior floors to keep it dry and clean. They vacuumed the floor at the end, leaving it clean and tidy. They spent four hours at the premises. We are very pleased with doors, which look superb and provide excellent security. A few days later, someone from the company called to ask what we thought of the doors, and asked if we had any questions. A further day later we received a 10-year guarantee in the post. Overall, we are very pleased.

  Highly Recommend

  We recently had all the windows in our 1930s house replaced by Chartwell. Mark was really patient in helping us to find the most suitable product and detailing, coming back to us on several occasions with drawings and options. We eventually went for the flush fitting casements which I absolutely love! Definitely worth the extra cost and they have transformed how our house looks. The process with Chartwell was seamless and Andy who measured up for us, and both fitters did a great job. Mark was also happy to come back and troubleshoot a few minor post-installation issues.
