Another excellent job from Peter and Stuart. Having completed several large projects for us, this work was carried out with the same meticulous attention to detail, thoughtful sourcing of the best product for our needs and a neat and high quality finish. Once again, they were a pleasure to have around and we simply wouldn't use anyone else. A completely trustworthy and highly skilled company who we can recommend unreservedly.

Peter and Stuart carried out every aspect of this job to their usual precise and exacting standards. Whether it be plastering, removal of a wall, redecoration, laying new flooring etc. We have found them on this, and previous occasions, to be exemplary multi-skilled professionals. Despite national shortages, they left no stone unturned to source materials (even finding us alternative and superb flooring), communicated constantly and finished bang on time. You always get the same reliable father and son team throughout - two lovely guys with for whom nothing is too much bother. Outstanding work

We moved into bungalow in December 2020, and sourced many quotes for the renovations that were needed. We chose chaucer property services. We are so pleased we did, the work these guys have completed is outstanding. We had the bungalow opened up, which has included skylights, increasing the size of the bathroom and opening up a 3rd bedroom into our new dining room. Nothing was to much trouble for Peter and stuart, and the attention to detail was amazing. I cannot recommend these guys enough, time keeping, tidiness and the quality of work has been faultless.
