We are currently one month into our rear and side extension with CBS with around two months remaining. So far we have been incredibly happy with the service received from both the onsite and office team and have no complaints. The onsite team have been incredibly respectful of our home and very accommodating as we are still living in the property, various modifications have been made throughout to ensure we can still live comfortably. The team are brilliant and go about their work exactly how you would want builders to. We have appreciated the face to face check ins throughout the process.

We spoke to a few different builders but from the first meeting with Rob, we knew we had found the right team. Rob took the time to fully understand our requirements, make suggestions and guide us through the process. Throughout the build the whole team worked incredibly hard. The team were super friendly and helpful, treating our property with respect and keeping their work areas as clear as possible overnight. When snags did appear, as they naturally will with a project of this side, they were resolved proactively and with the minimum of fuss.

We are currently in the middle of a large rear extension. We decided to go with Cheam Building Services because of the time Rob took to visit at quoting stage to talk through and explain our options and also after seeing them complete a loft conversion on another house across the road from us which our neighbours are happy with. The CBS Team are very friendly, personable, punctual, clean and helpful. Rob has maintained good communication and patience with us throughout, and it feels like they actually care about doing a good job, looking forward to seeing the rest!

Had a loft extension done 2 years ago by these people. It was run under a different company name (TEAL Co) but their new company looks like a mirror of the old one. The work comes with a 5 year guarantee, The build itself went well but issues came out 6 months / 1 year later and weren’t resolved, then we found out that the company was shut down. See pics for what we’ve been left with, the worst thing is they seem like really easy things to get right but really hard to fix if they go wrong. Very disappointed by these guys.

The team at Cheam Building Services are fantastic. They delivered on time, kept us informed during the work, gave advice as requested and overall have completed the job to a high standard. I would definitely use them again myself and would highly recommend them

Cheam building mostly Ian did a great job converting the back half of the garage into a utility room. Ian and his team were prompt curtious and informative. The job came in at the price quoted and we were very happy at the quality of the work man ship
