Full bathroom renovation
Steve and Luke has fully renovated our bathroom. They were very organised,tidy and planned our BTH renovation with precision. Steve is the best building supervisor, project manager and Luke is the highly skilled and virtuous professional builder I have come across. Replacing whole bathroom suite, adding in a shower and tiling whole room
The service we received was brilliant from start to finish. The work discussed was completed to a high standard, the fitter was very clean and tidy and despite some unexpected obstacles, work was completed in good time and came in at the original quote. We look forward to welcoming them back to complete further work later this year.
Bathroom refit and various other odd jobs.
Brilliant. Steve has a small army of skilled tradesmen that he organises whatever you need. High levels of integrity, friendly reliable and team always do a good job. Now I have found someone relatable and good, am going to get all those jobs done!
Bathroom refit and other general building work
Our first point of contact was Steve and he helped us scope out the detailed work required to refit the entire bathroom. When Luke stripped old bathroom we saw issues with pipe work, uneven walls/flooring. He used his experience and expertise to come up with cost effective solutions to solve these. Luke has fine eye for detail and carries out work with great care. Steve’s and Luke’s expertise is not just limited to bathroom. We used their services for other general building works such as plastering and painting/decor jobs. They have done a brilliant jobs on these too. We highly recommend!!
Renovation
Thank you to Steve and Luke for completely renovating my house, I am delighted with the results. Both Steve and Luke were very professional, talking me through every step with knowledge and professionalism. They were extremely careful and tidied up each day before leaving. I have no problem in recommending them for any work required.
Refurb 3 bed house that required updating throughout. Included new wiring.
Recruited Cheam construction after their first visit because of the genuine interest they had in doing a good job. Despite unforeseen delays along the way they remained focused in providing a high standard of work for a realistic price. Steve remained true to his word and didn’t keep adding in work in fact him and his team went above and beyond and in keeping the customer happy. The amount of work that was done was worth the price and I would recommend and use again in any future projects.
