Jay and his team are all extremely professional and have an extraordinary talent for building world and not just the outer building but the finishing touches and small details. Kind and very helpful from start to finish. The works took approx 7 weeks to complete and nothing was too much for them! We are so pleased with what they have done for us and we seriously cannot recommend cheam property services highly enough. Amazing knowledge of products and the skilled workmanship helped us get our perfect forever home. Already planning to get them back to do our bathroom too! 10/10 5 star service!

Jay came to our house on several occasions prior to the work being undertaken to help us with planning the setup, purchasing of products and discuss any other issues that we had. His quote and timeline were incredibly accurate. The workmanship was of an incredibly high standard. Jay was easy to approach and flexible when we made changes at short notice. We felt very comfortable with him in and around the house.

Jay and Ashley fitted LVT flooring (Karndean Looselay) throughout my downstairs, and Kevin did the carpentry to install a double-door into an archway to split my lounge in two. Jay also arranged subcontractors to fit new LED spotlights and replaster the ceilings (and recommended Cheam Painting Company to do my painting). Joints are quite smooth despite my subfloor not being in perfect condition; edges were cut fairly well and tidied with a silicone finish. It's held up great for the last two months. Doors fit and line up well and look like they were always there. Team were punctual and polite.

Jay, Ashley, Kevin and Tyler did a refit of my house's 25 year old bathroom suites. Two were fully retiled and refitted; another was removed, and a large cupboard created. Some additional minor works came up during the job which were accommodated. Jay was punctual, arriving before 8am every day, and arranged subcontractors for me for boiler (inc. Chasing up instal certificate for me!), and electrics. Standard of work was good and no problems with the plumbing in 2 months since. Issues were addressed without complaint when brought up. And a complimentary clean was booked to finish off!
