Plastering, Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting
I am so impressed by the work Che carried out, he done a full renovation, including fitting bathroom, kitchen, internal wall, doors and frames, full decoration and damp prevention treatment. I am delighted with all his work and the results are remarkable. Che gave me sound advice from the outset and throughout the process. He took great care and paid high attention to detail, his communication is excellent. I highly recommend Canning Property Services, Che is very reliable and trustworthy. Chemical damp proof injection and replaster of lounge wall.
I am very happy with the work Ché carried out at my property to inject a chemical damp proofer, replaster a wall and install a new skirting board. Great communication from start to finish, with every aspect of the job explained. Each day Ché arrived on time, went to great lengths to protect my carpet during the works and left the house cleaner than when he arrived. Dampproof course applied to internal and external walls, repair of cracked plaster, investigation and repair of damp floorboards.
The work done was excellent. Ché did a great pre-inspection to identify issues and was thorough compared with other contractors who quoted. He was always on time, identified and rectified other issues and explained what was being done. All the work was finished to a great standard and care was taken on the final appearance.
