    We had our boiler serviced today and Simon was thorough, on time friendly and helpful. This is the first time we have used CPH and we will continue to use them without a doubt

    Boiler repair

    Although the engineer was very friendly, we were advised that the boiler wasn't worth fixing and that we should just replace it. There had been a pre-existing leak that, if anything, the engineer left in a worse state than what it had been before the visit. We have since had a second opinion, and the issue has now been resolved (and the leake has stopped). I probably wouldn't look to use these services again.

    Hot water pump not producing hot water

    Don’t trust these guys. Had a someone come out to fix our hot water pump as it was not producing hot water. First thing they said was there was nothing wrong with the system, but they will start charge for coming out. They effectively didn’t do anything apart from clean a few pipes/valves. 3 days later, I’m still stuck with no hot water. My impression was that they took the job on, but didn’t really know what they were doing, ran out of ideas, so just told me there was nothing wrong and charged me for the privilege.
