This is the best plumbing company ever phoned at 8am and the engineer was here by lunchtime fixed the problem and fitted new pump all in his one hour call out time , couldn’t ask for better service just brilliant 👍

We had our boiler serviced today and Simon was thorough, on time friendly and helpful. This is the first time we have used CPH and we will continue to use them without a doubt

Although the engineer was very friendly, we were advised that the boiler wasn't worth fixing and that we should just replace it. There had been a pre-existing leak that, if anything, the engineer left in a worse state than what it had been before the visit. We have since had a second opinion, and the issue has now been resolved (and the leake has stopped). I probably wouldn't look to use these services again.

Joe was very prompt (early in fact!), friendly, professional and informative. My issue was fixed within an hour and has not repeated since, thank you!
