Renovation of flat
Edmund and the team were approachable and reliable throughout the entire renovation of my flat. The quote was itemised clearly and any additional costs were discussed and agreed in advance. The team were friendly and completed the work within good time and to a high standard. Overall, I would highly recommend Cheltenham Build and have already used them again for an emergency over Christmas, which again was handled exceptionally.

Renovation of 4 bedroom house
I am really pleased with the work of the Cheltenham Build team. I was impressed by their care and attention to detail and the finish was to a very high standard. Communication was excellent throughout the project and billing was clear so I was not presented with any surprises.

Timber frame bedroom above a garage
I was impressed with the whole team from day one. The builders always turned up on time, were polite, tidy and very quick with the build. The build itself is superb and importantly was completed on budget and quicker than estimated. The extension is already getting admiring looks from my neighbours which must be a good sign
