Very punctual, fab communication and came back to fix any issues that came up. When things went a bit wrong and the damage was more severe they communicated every change needed and were able to prevent the job taking any longer than originally specified. If anything was quicker than expected. Would recommend :)

The work was carried out very efficiently and in a friendly manner. A problem arose which was dealt with professionally and satisfactorily. All in all, a job very well done in a reasonable time scale.

Communication was clear and exact. Didn't have to wait for responses and the job was done in less then 3 hours and they tidied up everything afterwards. They were respectful and not loud since we work from home. And after the work was done they had me look things over to confirm that I was happy with everything and if it was all I asked for. I hope our future projects will also go this smoothly.

I had a badly leaking roof following the torrential rains last Autumn. Edmund was recommended to me by a friend. My first experience was that Edmund turned up quickly to assess the damage. I was impressed with his knowledge and his recommendation regarding what needed to be done. Edmund organised everything, including scaffolding and his team undertook the work in accord with his instructions. When you have a leaking roof heading into Winter it’s important to get it properly fixed in good time. Edmund achieved this and I am grateful to him. I would recommend him based on my experiance.

Very prompt, professional and came and offered expert opinion, even on a Sunday. Offered to come back when the neighbour was in, later in the week so he could see the problem from the other side. Excellent communication.
