  I wish we’d found Ben sooner, when we moved to the area. He is so polite, honest and reasonable. Thank you for repairing some of the damage less skilled people have caused and for fixing our leaky gutters and wind swept chimney lead. Reliable, honest and highly-skilled.

  After calling about water getting in from suspected damaged leadwork and mortar, Ben came out the next day and found the issue. He quoted very quickly and came back within a couple of days to carry out the work. All done timely and very neatly, exactly as he said. We discussed further work and Ben quoted for that too!

  Ben was an absolute star, spoke to him within 24 hours of posting what I needed, he was very chatty, so helpful and efficient. The gutters had leaked for some time causing damp in the house, so we are delighted with how quickly this was resolved on a very tall Victorian town house, We was so impressed by Ben, he is now arranging to replace a bay window flat roof for us, such a breath of fresh air with so many lack lustre trades out there!   Ben and his colleague have done a great job for us, he came to have a look and provided pictures and video to show the problems, the work was carried out in a professional manner and they cleaned up after themselves, they were very polite and courteous. I would 100% recommend Ben and will be calling him if needed for anything in the future.
