Ben responded quickly to initial enquiry. He is a likeable individual who is very straightforward. He explained what they could do (roof ladders and hand scraping) and when (required dry weather). Quizzed him about pressure cleaning and bio cleaning and he was of the firm opinion that pressure washing risks damaging tiles and bio cleaning was only a short term solution which risked killing plants around the house. Reasonable quote so proceeded. I'm very pleased with the result as they removed every trace of moss.

Ben and Craig did a great job for us, we needed a membrane patch repaired, 2 gulleys re cementing and a cracked tile replaced, all work carried out in a professional manner, very clean and tidy workers, I’ve used Cherwell maintenance before and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, highly recommended. Great experience from start to finish. Ben came out very promptly to assess the work and provided a quote at a fair price. On the day of the work Ben and Craig were punctual and friendly throughout and did an excellent job. This is the second time we have used Cherwell Maintenance and we would use them again without hesitation.

Ben was exceptional at communicating what needed doing and why in basic terms, was patient with my questions and my need to consider options. Ben and Craig worked very hard to perform the work on a hot day. At the end of the job Ben showed me photos of work which was excellent and we considered the work from various vantage points.
