    Poor aftercare

    Poor aftercare, been waiting for 1 month for someone to get back and clean up the surrounding of windows and door. Originally denied it was them who left the mess but agreed to clean up after proof provided. When employee was questioned about drying time, the response was ' Next time you could do it yourself " !!

    Pointing and pinning an external wall.

    I had a wooden brace holding a roof above the front door that was coming away from the wall.

    The job was done at the time agreed. They were easy to contact. The people who came to do the job were very polite and courteous. Overall a very good experience.

    Repointing Front + Rear elevation of the property

    Good: - Communication - Punctuality Not good: - Not enough mortar removed in areas which has fallen out since - Broken doorbell - Broken roof tiles ( no accountability as maybe they were broken already, maybe not ) - Paul declined to view the work himself, too busy Full disclosure, I was told I touched mortar causing issues. I did in one area above the door, the darker areas are my doing. Picture provided.

    Cleaning of brickwork and re-pointing

    The guys did a great job! They were very friendly and approachable and completed the job in the allocated time without leaving any mess. Communication with Wendy and Paul was excellent. They had to move things around because of bad weather, but I was informed beforehand. I would highly recommend this company.
