We recently had a house extension completed by Cheslyn Building Contractors Ltd and the process couldn’t have gone any smoother - an excellent job from start to finish. Every tradesperson that worked on our build was polite, tidy, professional and above all did their job to the highest standard. You get a real sense of care for your project and the quality of the end result reflects that. Our project was run by Mike who regularly visited and was always on the end of the phone. I’d highly recommend the company - definitely a builder that can be trusted as stated on their website!

The Cheslyn team were really friendly, capable and professional throughout the project. Any small issues were always quickly sorted with no fuss and the whole team were a pleasure to work with and trust our house to. We're really pleased with the result- thanks Team Cheslyn!

We decided to go with Cheslyn after seeing the positive reviews and liking them when they came to quote. Their building work is good and Lewis was out in all weathers. But their sub-contractors were poor and really let them down. We had to get another electrician out to sort out mistakes their electrician made. The guttering wasn't fitted after the roof was completed leading to a leak in the living room. The concrete wasn't laid level and they filled in the garage without consultation. The roof truss in the extensions wasn't built to architect plans so we lost two foot of ceiling height

The team at Cheslyn Building Contractors have recently completed a fantastic house renovation for us. A 9 month build which consisted of two separate extensions, new walk-in bay, new roof and rendering to the entire property. The team at Cheslyn did a brilliant job and we are over the moon with our finished home. Despite it being a complex build for a various reasons, this proved no problem for them. Communication with Mike and Caddy was excellent throughout and all of the team we had work on the project were a pleasure to have on site. We would highly recommend Cheslyn to others.

Really happy with Cheslyn builders and would definitely use them again if the need arose. The whole project (4 months) was managed really well. All the people that we dealt with were friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. There was great co-ordination of all the different trades, all of which completed work to an excellent standard. We are really pleased with the end result.
