Found them via Checkatrade. 1st estimate for work of £890. After workers had removed some tiles, told us further work needed with an immediate unitemised cost of £8900. With slates already removed from our roof, we had no alternative but to ask them to go ahead with the work. We were unable to assess work completed in about 5 hours on that single day by two workmen with "full 25 years guarantee". We were sent a video and photos after. We emailed phoned repeatedly for itemised invoice as insurers asked and details of 25 year guarantee, but no reply, so insurance only agreed about 18% of cost

A few slates/tiles were replaced, with felt left hanging over the gutter, for a very expensive price. I have still not received the after photos despite chasing and don't feel like a valued customer.

Ridge tiles became detached in a storm. Phoned Friday morning and they fitted me in on the Monday. I received a message giving me a time of arrival first thing Monday morning. The work was carried out quickly with explanation of work required throughout. Completely satisfied.

Company seemed very quick and efficient to get the job complete. I am still outstanding the guarantee documentation promised.

Chestnut roofing solutions are a fantastic firm. They have completed all new Driver system on our house both sides fabulous work.

They completed a new dryer system on my property all new ridge tiles. I don’t need to do any maintenance on my property on my ridges. We had concrete ridges before now. We have a dry ridge system where we don’t need to maintain fantastic fantastic job.
