Charles could not have been any better. After a poor experience with the previous company that had taken the job, Charles came in and fixed it, going well above and beyond to ensure that the job was done well and not just to the bare minimum. Accordingly, we got him back as soon as possible for another, more substantial job we needed doing. Our house is an older building and so finding someone that is not just knowledgeable in this area, but actively enjoys older properties is invaluable - we look forward to needing more work done! Could not recommend enough.
