Chris was excellent from start to finish. He identified a faulty valve and charged me £3 for the part. Boiler is now not losing pressure. Very happy with the result.

A section of our Underfloor Heating (the living room) had stopped heating up. Chris was polite, courteous, and transparent in his pricing. He explained clearly what the issue was as well as available options which i really appreciated. We needed a new part but whilst waiting for the parts, he put in a temporary measure that meant we got the heating back whilst waiting for the proper fix! This was very appreciated in the middle of winter. He did a great job resolving our heating problem. Highly recommend.

His quote was very reasonable and there were no surprises or extras on the final invoice.
