    Boiler and tank system

    Posted 2 days ago

CHG done a great job installing our new boiler and water tank about four years ago and they still service the system annually. Always punctual, thorough, clean and tidy. I have no need to go elsewhere.

    An Impressive Service

    Posted 2 days ago

Extremely helpful. Re-routed a gas pipe and connected a LPG gas hob. Turned up on time on two visits. All very impressed with Julie in Customers Services & James the Gas Engineer. I will be going back to them for a LPG boiler service in due course. Thank you.

    They are very competent

    Posted 2 days ago

They turned up on the same day following our report of a leak, did a basic analysis and scheduled a time to come for the main fix promptly. Took only a 1/2 day, very neat workers, very polite, nothing to fault them. The price was very reasonable and my insurance company thought so and therefore paid up equally promptly.

    Tricky fault.

    Posted 15 May

This was a tricky job with multiple faults traced and rectified. All the work was carried out to high standards, and the technician kept us updated as events unfolded. Good job, well done.

A professional company you can rely on.

    Posted 26 March

From the initial visit to assess our needs to the completion of the job we found all of the companies representatives to be polite, professional, knowledgeable and understanding of any questions we had. Most importantly the engineers were extremely conscientious and at the end of every day left our property tidier than they found it! We are so pleased we contacted CHG Southwest for their help.

Cautionary tale about oil level readings

    Posted 26 March

Replacement of oil level on outside of tank as incorrect reading had resulted in oil running out. Disappointed by this as the level gauge had been replaced by this company recently but when I queried this the explanation was that the valve at the bottom had not been replaced and it was blocked. I feel that there has been some double charging here as the oil level tube has been replaced twice.
