Dreadful. He said he did the job but other than using a lot of my loo roll and smothering everything in silicone I couldn’t really tell What he’d done. Told me it was £279 and I had to pay him into his personal account otherwise I would have to pay VAT and it would be more. Refused to leave unless I paid him. Told Me the work was guaranteed. Started leaking again three days later but he never answered his phone.

Having contacted them about our small leak we were told that it would be a £49 call out plus any work. no identification was shown and after borrowing a chair and kitchen towel to look at the problem we were told it would be £247. I refused this as too dear but was told i still had to pay the call out fee. He then played with his phone and said the company could do it for £168. i agreed because if i had to call someone else out their call out fee plus the work would amount to the same. Repair was completed. Had to ask for a receipt which i wrote out. I believe not worthy of checkatrade
