Free assessment of the issue on the first day, came around promptly the next day to measure lock and replaced within an hour. Lock works perfectly and service was incredibly quick. Very friendly - walked through the issues and the various option as well as the costs of each. Overall very satisfied.

I got locked out of the house and did not have any spare keys. The locksmith arrived fairly quickly and picked the lock without damaging the door mechanism. That meant only changing lock afterwards with out having the need to buy the entire mechanism which was quite costly.
