Very careful and courteous

Needed a botched job rectifying and Childwall roofing answered my query. Chap came out and said it was going to take a lot more money to fix it. I said OK and he left with the promise to send me the quote. That was over 3 weeks ago and had no feedback. Didn't even answer my text. I would have appreciated it more if he'd just said he didn't want the job. Still looking for someone. Really disappointed

Having had a previous assessment of the leak problem from another company (-which was incorrect) and given a ridiculous quote, we contacted Childwall Roofing. They promptly visited to assess the issue as being a simple matter of replacing some mortar and we were texted a formal (and very reasonable) estimate the same day, which listed the work to be done. We accepted and two of their staff visited a few days later to complete the work with a guarantee in place in case the repair did not resolve the leak. The company is honest, professional and straight forward and I would use them again.

Contacted same day as posting job on checkatrade and arranged convenient time to view and quote for job. John arrived as arranged and confirmed cost and was able to arrange for the task to be done same guys. His team turned up to complete the task and did so promptly. Very pleased with work and would/will use and recommend again.
