    We have Samsung RS50N3513WW Freestanding American Fridge Freezer bought in December 2000. Over a few weeks the actual temperature inside rose though the display still said the fridge/freezer was cold enough. I spoke to several general appliance repairers but I preferred to to book a diagnosis and repair quote with this specialist company which was also for a good price. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional, the repair quote was reasonable and made a couple of days later. Would use company again for fridge /freezer issues. Thanks.
