10 Guttering replaced - a quick and quality job

Really responsive. Found via checkatrade, Jim phoned back same day and arranged to come round and look at our guttering the following day. He gave me a couple of options on spec and pricing and then we agreed the work, scheduled it and delivered all in a week. On the day he was onsite to introduce his team, they completed the work in the agreed timeline and were no bother to have working on our property. CHI answered my call first time and gave me a prompt date to sort out t the repointing of some brickwork that got damaged in a delivery. Reasonable rates and very helpful with paperwork which I needed for an insurance claim. On first visit, Jim quickly saw what the problem was with our leaking gutter and its cause. When he soon returned on 23rd July with his workmen, the leak was effectively remedied. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing problems with their gutters. Jim clearly explained the work needed, all of which which was carried out by his team to a consistently high standard. Work on the soffits, fascia and guttering identified major problems with the ageing roof of our 1930s property. Jim was able to advise us on the remedial work required. The roof has now been refelted and retiled and looks as good as new. Site left clean and tidy. Prompt, polite and professional service. Highly recommended.
