Would highly recommend this company. Our chimney has been closed off with an electric fireplace since we moved in, and we wanted to block it off permanently. We also suspected a dead animal in the chimney. Josh was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very clean and tidy. Communication was excellent throughout. He was running a few.minutes late on the day but let us know in advance and arrived exactly when he said he would. Within a few minutes, Josh found and removed a dead magpie from the chimney. He also swept it -which I didn't realise needed doing as it's always covered. The difference was amazing. We could actually see the brick work! Josh then fitted a chimney cap to stop any other animals getting in. Josh was also refreshingly honest. He explained there would be an additional charge if a birds nest needed removing. I assumed that removing the bird meant the higher price, but he corrected me and charged the lower amount as there was no nest. Fantastic from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them. Thanks again Josh!

Having been let down by our previous sweep of many years, we found Chimney Sweeper Bros via Checkatrade. Matt came around at the appointed time, was very professional, clean and tidy, cleaned the flue, carried out a smoke evacuation test and left us a certificate. Would 100% recommend.

Josh came out to us after we moved into our new house and had some sticks and bugs falling down our chimney. Thankfully, Josh could come out to us quickly as we later found out the chimney hadn’t been swept for years and he cleared a lot from it. He returned the following week to install a rain and bird guard - also sent us photos so we could see the work! Really lovely guy and super reliable :)

Excellent service. Great communication. Matt was able to sweep the chimney within a couple of days of posting the job. Really clean and tidy. We used the Chimney Sweeper bros last year for our log burner and were equally happy then. Will use again for sure and would highly recommend.
