  The first visit never happened. the person didn't let me know - just didn't turn up. When a plumber did come, he was punctual in delivering the new toilet but communication was more sporadic after that. There was a problem withthe toilet after installation. It was impossible to discuss the problem calmly with the plumber. We both got irrated. The plumber never put in sealant round the base of the toilet.

  CPH were quick to respond and effectively found the leak in my father's house, then sourced the materials to fix it. Work was neat and tidy; a big relief to get it sorted so quickly.

  Chingford Plumbing were really friendly and professional with all aspects of the job - from communicating with me about the initial visit, work during the job- including when it was going to take longer than expected due to unforseen issues- to the completion of the work and contacting the boiler manufacturer about the guarantee.
