Mohammed rang this morning to apologise for not coming yesterday, as arranged. He, therefore, came this morning instead. He was very pleasant to deal with, did our boiler service and was friendly whilst remaining polite and professional. Yes, I recommend

Muhammad responded quickly, arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem. He offered us a 3 month warranty to resolve any issues for just the call out fee. We recommend his services.

Work appears to have been completed, but communication and reliability were disappointing. I was given a 5:30pm to 8pm arrival window and nobody arrived or contacted me. When I followed up, I was told a different day had been agreed, which I definitely did not agree as I was flying abroad that day, so had to arrange for a family member to be there. I was initially told £100 all-in for the repair which included a £40 call-out fee if not fixed, but the final cost was £130. The repair was completed, but due to the missed appointment, communication and pricing differences, I would not recommend

Muhammad was knowledgeable and experienced and quickly identified why one of my gas rings was not working. He had the necessary replacement parts and was able to do the repair in one visit. I am very happy with the service.

Fan Oven in our cooker stopped working. Imran came and confirmed heating element needed replacing. He did the job there and then. He was prompt professional and courteous. this is our second positive experience of him. highly recommend.
