Baki is not the sort who will turn up, drink your tea, and stand about stroking his chin whilst thinking of how much to charge you. No, he just showed up, offered an ingenious solution to my plumbing issue (a sign of experience), he quoted a reasonable sum, then he got stuck in. At one point he had to go off on a 50 mile round trip to get a special connector but, no problem, he came back and worked late into the evening to finish a very neat and tidy job. I'm well impressed, job was finished the same day as posting on Checkatrade. I have no hesitation in recommending CHP Plumb Heat to anyone.

Baki is passionate about his job and highly experienced. He not only did the job to an excellent standard, he also advised us on several aspects of the bathroom needing caution including a shower tray that looked like it had leaked before. We just moved in so didn't know. He turned out to be correct and the shower was indeed leaking. Highly recommend if you want someone that cares about you as a customer and not just about the job at hand.

Very relieved that we've found and sorted the problem

Excellent. Baki phoned soon after the job request was posted to arrange to come to lview the job straight away. He was able to quickly identify where the leak was in the mains pipe in the kitchen wall feeding the upstairs bathroom, and arranged a convenient appointment to complete the neceessary repair a couple of days later. Informative and considerate throughout, the work was completed to a high standard, He was able to attend to a couple of other small jobs (ballcock and bath panel replacement) while attending to the primary callout. Very reasonable price as quoted. Would highly recommend.
