Chris has got to be the most considerate builder with a high attention to detail. He very often made suggestions to do things a better way or go the extra mile to do ensure things were always done right. He was very reliable, was very accomodating when we added a whole weeks worth of extra bits as the job went on which came up as things got demolished. When getting a quote he was also the only person to take time to look and see what I was asking and made suggestions rather than just saying "yes" to everything without properly looking. Very highly recommended!

Chris removed an internal wall and fitted a steel, including moving radiator pipes and plastering repairs. The quality of work was great and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for further work.

Chris and his assistant replaced our soil vent pipe and underground drain connections, plus redecorated the house masonry. Chris clearly has many years experience and is very knowledgeable so I always felt completely confident in his advice and work. All work was carried out to a very high standard with careful attention to detail. The masonry was thoroughly prepared leading to an excellent result. Chris was willing to accommodate our job to his schedule quickly, always left everything tidy and was a pleasure to work with.

Chris has been great. We have had an issue with a water leak that I have trying to get fixed for a while, a few people have looked at it. Chris has solved the problem. He has communicated well and fixed the problem well. Very pleased!

Very professional and hard working. Carried out major internal and external renovation and repairs to our house. Internal works included renovation and decoration of our lounge and bathroom, including plumbing and electrical work. External work included landscaping and renewing patio, paths, steps and driveway. Exterior maintenance to the roof and chimney stacks, decoration of the house and new water main installation. He provided clear quotes (including extra requests) and kept to them. All work carried out to a high standard and with consultation at every stage.

Chris Dowling Building Services did an excellent job replacing and renovating fire door and removing large partition and doing all the necessary remedial work involved. They are very professional and trustworthy. They came on the dates promised. They were very tidy and caused as little disruption as possible. Their prices were acceptable. They left the premises tidy and safe at the end of the day. I have no hesitation in recommending them
