Chris was really quick to get in touch and arrange a call out. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went the extra mile to make sure he could get the required parts and fix the issue the same day. I would recommend Chris to anyone, know his stuff and happy with the fee.

"After being let down by others, Chris Lay came out last minute to fix a leak in our boiler just before Easter weekend. He was very thorough, explained the problem in simple terms, and had to get the necessary parts, unfortunately my boiler was just too old and I needed a new one. So grateful that he fitted a brand new one on the Saturday and it has actually improved my heating to the best we’ve ever had it. Very professional, polite, and reasonable pricing for an emergency callout. Will definitely use again!"
