    moving radiators

    Chris would say he would come and then just not turn up. Had to call to see where he was and then was told he wouldn't be able to come today. Rearranged checked the night before he'd actually turn up this time, yes definitely there. Morning of, texts me to tell me he's not coming. Very disappointed

    YES I do apolagize for the first missed appointment i did not put you in the diary which i do admit does appen a bit at the moment has i am just learning how to work in a office and not on the tools this is no exscuse for the missed appointment

    Great service and advice

    I spoke to Chris about our shower which had stopped working. He was able to tell me over the phone that we needed to replace and advised me on the type of shower needed which was helpful. Liam carried out the work and was brilliant and a lovely bloke too. He arrived promptly, and even with a few curveball, thanks to our original shower, he was able to complete all work with a high quality finish. Very pleased so far.

    Poor Communication

    Plumber got stroppy and closed conversation when I asked them to price for TRV's which suggests to me that they will overprice on the job. Any plumber worth their salt can price for 10 TRV's even if their maths isn't good!

    can you please send evidance of this we would always give a price range of trvs fron £20 plus so i am not shaw where this has come from and the only time we close a chat if the customer no longer requires how services
