poor work
Chris and his team carried out a floor replacement due to a bathroom leak. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. The floor broke within a week of being installed. At first, they refused to fix it, claiming the sofa was the cause. When we said we would need to take legal action, they agreed to replace the floor, but they left the skirting and other finishing work incomplete. After two years, the bathroom developed issues again. Instead of replacing the mouldy joists properly, they had only added small joists next to the damaged ones. Replacement Gutters
Chris and his team did a fantastic job replacing our front and back gutters. They left everything clean and tidy too

Fitting gutter guards and repairing showers
Despite the weather Chris did a fantastic job this week to clear my gutters and install gutter guards to reduce the number of leaves collecting in future. This also means that I no longer get damp in the bay window. He also sorted out the grout in my showers to stop the tiles coming loose. Would recommend him for household repairs etc.

Mending a leak, repairing windowsills and repairing a door threshold
Arrived on time. Explained what needed doing and went ahead and did it as planned. Polite and courteous. Tidied away all waste. Would contact them again for future work.

Exterior maintenance
Chris and his team have recently completed various maintenance jobs to to front of my house. Painting, rendering, cladding and bricklaying. New guttering and down pipes too. The standard of work is very good. His team are friendly, approachable and hard working. I read many of his good reviews before choosing him and I'm glad I did. It's good to have someone to rely on for jobs in the future.

Replacement of asphalt on shed
Arrived on time, work carried out (in the rain), left property tidy. Would recommend, and definitely use again.
