  Fitted new thermostat

  Richard was excellent. Professional, helpful and friendly. He took time to understand my needs and recommend a thermostat to suit. The work was completed promptly and efficiently. He ensured I understood how to work the thermostat and emailed me his invoice which I appreciate from a filing perspective.
