  Large renovation

  We had a large renovation completed by Iain Christie and his very skilled/reliable team over a 12 month period during 2019-2020. Throughout the renovation Iain’s team did a great job communicating and consistently provided a high standard of workmanship throughout. One of our key priorities was to keep our new neighbours happy throughout the process. Iain made this his priority and kept them happy throughout and confident that everything was safely in hand. We wanted a building company that would give us confidence in their judgement and experience which really played through.

  Converting to indoor gym and golf studio

  What impressed me most was that the guys really worked to understand what we were trying to achieve and asked me things I hadn’t considered to ensure the end result met my expectations. In fact it exceeded them and they were professional and finished on schedule despite challenging Covid restrictions. Would highly recommend.

  Garage converted to golf studio

  Fair quote and they really added to the plan by asking good questions and making helpful suggestions. Quality of work was excellent and they completed on time. Very happy.

  Two storey extension with bedroom and kitchen diner.

  I would highly recommend Iain and his team. Very happy with the work and the team were a pleasure work with. We were able to stay in the house whilst the work was completed thanks to the the teams effort to keep the house sealed/secure and the creation of a temporary kitchen.

  Rear extension, refurbishment to existing rear of house and underfloor heating

  Iain and his team did an excellent job, a very detailed quote was initially provided which allowed us to fully understand the breakdown and stages of the job. His team are all very professional and the quality of the work was excellent. If you are planning on undertaking building works I would be happy to recommend Christies.
