Shane visited to investigate a leak that was coming from the bathroom, and damaging the kitchen ceiling. I emailed out of hours to request a booking, and despite this, my booking was made during the evening, and impressively - for the next morning (huge relief). Shane called to say he could come earlier than booked time (even better). He was efficient, explained the issues well, supportive to get the job done, swift...honestly I couldn't be happier with the work! I've used Christopher Plumbing on a number of occasions now - and I'm ALWAYS impressed and very happy with the service.

At the beginning of September 2024, I have had a boiler installation done by Christopher plumbing services at my one bedroom house. It was complete installation of a new Vaillant combi bioler ,plus removal and dispose old boiler,hot and cold cisterns. Iam happy with the instalation, I would recommend Christopher plumbing services, and if I need some plumbing to be done in future, I will contact them again.

Very happy with the service provided, especially as it was the same engineer who fixed a plumbing problem in June and carried out the boiler service last year (Tom). I recommend this company. This review has been submitted on behalf of my elderly mother as she always likes to give praise where it is due but she doesn’t have a computer or mobile phone and doesn’t want to submit a review via telephone. Checkatrade has accepted our Power of Attorney document as authorisation for me to act on her behalf.

The main stopcock was jammed open so it could not be turned off in an emergency. Tom checked whether it could be released before fitting a replacement stopcock. All completed quickly and cleanly.

Very, very good. Installed my new boiler with a new smart heating system. Would use again.
