    Emergency repair to boiler

    I work for a national charity and I called Jason early in the afternoon about an elderly, disabled veteran whose combi boiler was not delivering hot water. He got the job details from me and on completion of the job he was on, went straight to the property, identified the problem and replaced the faulty part - incredible service for which I am very grateful (and a fair price charged too).

    Adive regarding leak

    We text Jason as we had an emergency leak from our water softener. He attended within an hour and had a good look and almost instantly diagnosed the problem. He gave sound, reliable advice regarding a fix. He is expertly knowledgeable and made a catastrophic situation seem more like a realistic easier fix. Very helpful and highly recommended.
