  Excellent service - cost effective solution - highly recommended

  I selected CH Services because they were the only provider who could adapt my existing septic tank using their Airseptor system. This substantially reduced the cost of making the septic tank compliant to about a third of the cost of installing a full sewage treatment plant and drainage field. Matt was extremely helpful and professional. He did all the work needed to obtain a permit from the Environment Agency. He also provided all the relevant documentation to demonstrate full compliance with the permit. The Airseptor was installed in less than a day with minimal disturbance.

  Installation of new drainage field

  Matt and Nigel installed a new drainage field to our sewage treatment plant. The weather was bad with heavy rain but the work was completed in good time and the garden left in a very clean and tidy condition. I would highly recommend CH Services

  Airseptor Installation

  I recently had the Airseptor system installed by CH Services. Nigel and Matthew showed great professionalism and technical competence. It was clear from the outset that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them— they even returned to address a few queries that I had before the work began. The installation itself took just over a day, and when they finished, it was difficult to see where they had dug a trench in the garden as they took care to minimise disruption. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending CH Humphrey to others. A great service from start to finish.

  Super impressed

  Super impressed by the comms, timeliness and job the chaps from C Humphrey Services did. I spoke to a few different companies and most of them i'm still awaiting them to get back to me - whereas C Humphrey were super efficient from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

  Efficient, reliable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

  CH Services were very helpful from the time they first came on site to quote for the work. The installation of the Airseptor was carried out with care and efficiency. They arrived when they said they would, completed the work on schedule, were friendly and courteous throughout, and left the site tidy. They had planned to use a mini-digger for digging the soak away field, but access was difficult. So, they offered to dig it by hand, which must have involved extra time and effort, and I was impressed by their helpfulness. I wholeheartedly recommend CH Services.
