Highly recommend. Professional, polite and very reliable. Stressful to have an infestation of any kind so you need someone who can just get the job done.
Mice and rats in drains
Tony is truly wonderful. He is knowledgeable, reliable, honest and courteous. After calling him out because of a suspected cluster fly infestation, he promptly identified that the correct cause of the flies were due to rats in our sewers which we had no idea about. He quickly resolved the issue. We thoroughly recommend his services.
Rodent rat infestation
Strongly recommend. Highly experienced and provided excellent report which I can submit to management of the block.
Rats in the ceiling
Unbelievable job done by Tony, after weeks of hell he came round and immediately found the entry point, set traps to catch one and built a door which they could only get out of and not back in, 2 weeks later they were gone with the entry point sealed with no chance of return, a lot of stress saved, thanks
Rats/mice activity in loft and back garden drainage
I got woken up by the sound of scurrying and scampering in the loft and this is when I knew I have rats/mice in loft. I contacted CID Pest Control after reading about it on checkatrade. Lewis has been very responsive early on a Sunday morning and quickly booked an appointment. He attended, very polite and knowledgeable guy, placed baits and traps in loft and underneath wooden decking. He checked my drainage and there is rat activity there. Put recommendations to me, visited about 3/4 times and carried out the works to a high standard. Great guy, great local business and great communications!
Pigeon netting and clear guano
Lewis did an excellent job and he was very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He helped me install pigeon netting with an extremely high level of precision and attention to detail. He completely cleared the pigeon guano, and thoroughly disinfected both the affected areas on my balcony as well as his work tools. He was very accommodating and used sturdy materials. Pigeon netting is never meant to look good but somehow he made it look pristine. It was really worth it. Thank you for your good work. We would highly recommend Lewis / CID Pest Control.
