Great service, Neil and Daniel were thorough and left everything clean and tidy. My husband now has a “playroom” to use all year round!

The final result looks nice and has transformed the space, but the experience was disappointing. Don’t believe the sales hype; the service felt no better than others, despite costing around £5k when others quoted closer to £3k. Communication was poor, the installers argued and swore, downlight holes were drilled too small, and debris was left above the ceiling. Sales also undersold the loss of natural light. My advice: go with whoever is cheapest.

From the moment I contacted The CI Group, the service was excellent. Richard provided a clear quote, thoroughly explaining the process and demonstrating exactly what needed to be done. On the phones, Emma was incredibly helpful and even managed to book me in early following a cancellation. Finally, the insulation team of Lucas and Peter was brilliant. They helped clear the remaining items from the room, ensured I was happy at every stage, and left the space completely spotless. I would 100% hire them again for future work.

Conservatory installation was done in a timely manner. The work was neat and very professionally done. My conservatory looks transformed and I’m able to use it more during the winter months!!!

The CI Group recently installed an insulated ceiling in our conservatory. Prior to the new ceiling, we were unable to make full use of the conservatory due to the extremes of temporatures in both winter and summer. Now, we have gained an extra living space and make use of it all the time regardless of the weather outside.

Starting with the surveyor's visit sharing his knowledge of expectations we can say that our whole experience of CI Group has been top quality. The installation team were fast and efficient and very tidy. A faultless experience from start to finish
