10 Rat Issue

Gus was very helpful and knowledgeable and very prompt in attending. It was a rat in the kitchen issue. Gus identified point of entry, placed appropriate rodenticide and provided advice as to what other steps to take (including checking for other likely areas of possible infestation (thankfully none). Re-visited twice to check on 'progress'; although likely dead after first visit (given the amount of rodenticide consumed no other signs of activity) on second visit helped pin-point likely resting place. Required eradication of rats from property. Gus provide prompt and effective service and after three visits problem was totaly resolved. He was very knowledgeable, gave good advice and provided a programme for eradication. He was very courteous and determined to resolve the problem.
