Had Awais and his helper Ali out to do some electrical work and they were top class. Awais turned up exactly when he said he would and talked me through what needed doing in plain English — no jargon. Both him and Ali worked quickly, kept everything tidy, and made sure I understood what they'd done before they left. Reliability: 5/5 — On time, professional, kept me updated.
