10 Very quick, professional and a reasonable call out price

Great service from City Gas. We were without hot water and heating, but to their credit they were around within the hour, identified the issue and fixed then and there. Super reliable and professional job. Gave me options for repair or replace - I chose replacement and asked for the boiler to be re-sited which was accommodated really quickly especially considering how complex a job it was. minutes after posting the job on this site, the engineer rang me and qouted me for the job. he was flexible with dates as I work shifts. he rang me 30 minutes prior to arrival. two engineers arrived to carry out my gas safety checks. very professional and informative. price was the same as quoted.Verified reviewerJob location: NE2610 Boiler annual service

I have used thus company for more than five years. They first did repairs to the old boiler but it wasn't functioning to an acceptable standard. We discussed a new boiler which they installed.
