9.75Verified ReviewProfessional, responsive, personible and punctual. I requested City Lock & Safe Ltd to advise on the right frontdoor lock for our new home. They were clear on the recommendation, safety features and a breakdown of costs covering parts (lock and keys), labour and vat. The engineer who completed the job arrived in a company-marked van wearing uniform and ensured that i was clear on what was being installed, at no time trying to upsell or convince me of additional fees. This is a firm you can trust.
