    Rang Nick today Sunday as we we're locked out. He answered his phone straight away and got to us in 15 minutes. After only 5 minutes he'd got our door open, We couldn't believe how quickly he done it. And we couldn't believe it when he said it was easy to open he knocked ยฃ30 off his original price. What a fantastic & friendly man Nick is. We'll recommend Nick to all our friends and family. 5 star ๐ŸŒŸ service.

    Excellent service

    Absolutely over the moon with the service. Had a broken lock on my outbuilding. I rang Nick who was actually away at the time on a short holiday. He said he would be back the following day and would come straight over. As a man of his word he came on time and had the door open in minutes and and in less than an hour had a new lock put on. Would highly recommend ๐Ÿ‘Œ

    We had Nick out today as our upvc door was jammed, He arrived on time and got the door open very quickly without any damage. Nick is a very friendly guy and professional. No up seฤบling just clear pricing. The best locksmith around.

    Fixed / replaced front door lock mechanism

    Archie was a good communicator and very proactive, as well as being friendly and approachable throughout. Came around quickly and resolved the issue in good time as well as sorting out some alignment issues free of charge.

    Front uPVC door required realignment and back door required new parts and realignment.

    Nick responded really quickly to my request and was friendly & professional throughout. I was told what days were free and Nick accomodated my availability, no questions asked. When Nick arrived he got straight to work and made sure to explain what needed doing and why. He made me aware of cost and checked if that was OK before proceeding with the work. Even little details like having a card reader to make payment easier was a huge plus. Nick is great at his job and a great guy. Would definitely recommend and use him again in future.

    Brilliant experience. Work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. Excellent customer service and support and everything explained carefully. The issue was fixed quickly after contacting them. Would highly recommend this company. Nick did a brilliant job.
