  Prompt and thorough

  Very quick to respond, just a couple of hours after I called I had a guy here and searching the house for any signs of a biting bug infestation. He was very flexible, working around the layout of the furniture and helping me move things around to check all the places he needed to search. Very pleasant to work with and clearly very knowledgeable.
