Fitting a new TV on to a wall bracket and fixing a dripping tap
Sergei who fixed the TV on the wall was great. He wasn't told about the tap but looked at it and took a pic to source a new one when it was clear the old one wasn't fixable. However, after two emails and one phone call asking them to come back and change the tap to complete the job nothing happened. All I kept getting was emails with the invoice to pay. Handyman visit
An excellent response from their office, with a booking confirmed for the following day. We had a range of items that needed installing in a new office - towel rails, mirrors, coat hooks, toilet roll holders etc and these were put up in no time.
