Very Happy with the service from the first phone call to completion. Everything was smooth running and the men who completed the work were respectful, courteous and very skilled at their job. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Great work, so much quieter now in my home. Kenny sent me the details of all types of work they carry out and what would be suitable for my home. Guys on time, friendly and helpful and moved furniture for me and put back when finished, tidied up afterwards. Very pleased with their work.

Throughout the quoting process all the way through to installation, City Soundproofing were ace. Taking time to explain all the various systems to get maximum soundproofing vs the height loss it would cause. Even when installation had started, and they had to change to a different system they kept with the original price and finished on the same schedule. I got a quote from several companies, but I went with City Soundproofing as I was impressed with their knowledge and honesty. The result is a serious drop in the noise being heard from the upstairs flat and I would defiantly use them again!

Thomas and Tony were at my flat for three days to complete the work. They were very clean and tidy and worked really hard to complete the sound proofing. I had double boards and sound mat as advised so it took a bit of height off our floors but I was fine with that as was expecting a good result. To be honest we can still hear the same amount of noise as we did before so I dont feel its made much of a difference so im quite disappointed with the result. Its just took the edge off of what we hear.

Kenny was very prompt and professional in his response to my initial query and this excellent communication continued throughout the job. He and his team were prompt, efficient and keen to do a good job. The work was completed within the time estimate and and I am very pleased with the work done. I have another project planned and will be using City Soundproofing again.

Kenny and his team are awesome. I no longer hear the neighbour snoring!! They're professional, friendly and good at what they do. They always kept a tidy work space and had good communication skills. Thanks guys!!
