Really great. It's not really their normal work, but I called them in to look at a leak in an old 1970s microbore heating system. They had it found and fixed in about 2 hours, including patching up the floor. We are planning to demolish the house so Dom was able to advise on the most cost-effective short-term solution - it really only has to last a year! I have absolutely no doubt who I'll be calling to install the ASHP in the new build.

CityWarmth installed a new BAXI system boiler and cylinder for us. The installer worked long hours and was able to finish the work in two days, rather than the expected three. He timetabled the installaiion in such a way that we had hot water at the end of his first day - the first time for 18 days. He was extremely efficient, and clean, and consulted us when making major decisions. I give CityWarmth and their installer ten out of ten.

I cannot recommend City Warmth enough. They go above and beyond for their customers both on the phone/ emails and when an engineer comes out. Naomi and Dom helped us recently with a leaking boiler and helped us so promptly and honestly to get the best outcome for us. We will certainly be returning customers!

I used City Warmth for a replacement boiler in my rental property, I had a few issues with getting the planning for this which went on for a few months, I had many dealings with Naomi in the office during this time who was extremely helpful and patient with these matters. Once we got all the necessary ticks in boxes the engineers Dominic and Calvin were completely professional, carring out all of the works efficiently and most importantly were tidy! I would 100% recommend using City Warmth!
