Armand was very responsive from first contact. He came in person before quoting – a lot of companies will either quote without a visit or insist on paying them for a survey before quoting. Got a good feeling from him, reviews were great, and his quote was reasonable, so I accepted the quote. His guys were punctual, very polite and considerate, and cleaned up really well after what was - inevitably - a messy job. Time will tell, but the work looks good. Cellar waterproofing to fix flooding issue
I have always had issue with my cellar where it would flood a few times a year when the water table is high after persistent rain. When i finally decided to have this fixed, I wanted someone who's professional and who I can trust to get the job done well, and with guarantee for peace of mind. I'm glad that I chose City Waterproofing Ltd, Armond and his team were excellent from start to finish, with great communication, respectful and accommodating. It's earlier days, but so far so good , finally I can put the cellar to good use. My neighbour also ended up using them! We had a leak in our cellar needing tanking. Great team.
The team undertook extensive damp proofing work in a basement flat. They were punctual, hard-working and cleaned up effectively at the end.
