I booked a booler service and gas safety check in early May 2024. The work was completed, and I settled the invoice promptly. However no gas saefty certificate has been issued and I cannot reach the supplier on phone, email or text message despite multiple attempts. I fear that I have completely wasted my money.

The water pressure from my shower was reduced every time someone opened the downstairs kitchen tap. I know we had fitted a system (by another plumber) 6 months prior that should not have done this. We wanted all the taps and in the house to work independently from one another. Manesh came in and serviced the boiler, restarted it and made sure that we could use all the taps in our house without effecting the pressure of the shower. We had been living with this problem for 6 months. Thank you so much and very please with what he had done for us.
