C.J.Charles heating installed a new gas boiler for my elderly mother . When they realised her predicament having no heating or hot water they went out of their way to fit the job in. If you go with these guys, you won’t go wrong. Faultless service from start to finish. I contacted a few boiler engineers advertised in WHICH? Trader but this was the only company who had the courtesy to return my call, they were excellent and the right choice. Colin from CJCharles came and visited my house to give me a quote for a new boiler. He explained my options, and different costs, no pressure. Once we went with his quote, EVERYTHING from start to finish was seamless. Suzanne in admin, was efficient and friendly, Colin and Carl fitted the boiler quickly and professionally. The two guys who came to fit our new boiler were fantastic. Explained everything to me, even got me to preset for the heating to come on. So I'd know how to do it myself. CJ Charles came in to fit our Boiler and did an excellent job. Boiler was fitted quickly with a no nonsense approach. The Engineers who came were very friendly and helpful and tidied up after the installation immaculately. I was very pleased with the way the guys came to do the work and the standards of work they did was very good. Unfortunately the system was old and did not have any drain / flush points but the installation team took this in their stride and removed the radiators to manually flush them out.
